RETURN POLICY

All bookings for Agoge Project Camp are non-refundable due to limited capacity and pre-arranged logistics. However, we understand that life happens.

Cancellations 15+ days prior to the camp: You may request a 50% refund or transfer your spot to another person.

Cancellations within 15 days: No refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another participant if approved by the Agoge team.

Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to credit your payment toward a rescheduled date.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By registering for Agoge Project Camp, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 9 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Health and Safety: You certify that you are physically fit for camp activities. All participants are responsible for their own health insurance coverage.

Liability Waiver: Agoge Project Camp, its organizers, instructors, and partners are not liable for injuries or personal loss. A waiver must be signed upon arrival.

Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any participant causing disruption or endangering others may be removed without refund.

Media Release: By attending, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in expulsion from the camp without refund.
