Exciting Partnership Opportunity for BJJ Athletes - Host Seminars with Agogoe Project!
High-level Jiu-Jitsu demands everything — time, energy, sacrifice — and too often, athletes carry the financial weight alone.
Agoge Project gives you the opportunity to teach, inspire, and earn — without running a gym or being tied to weekly class schedules.
We handle the logistics.
You focus on training, competing, and sharing your expertise.
Earn with freedom. Teach with purpose. Continue your journey.
Instructor Collaboration Program (Youth Development)
Build the Next Generation. Without Compromising Gyms.
Agoge Project is creating a term-based youth development program designed for mid to high-level junior athletes who are serious about technical growth, discipline, and long-term progression in jiu-jitsu.
This program is not a gym, not an academy, and not a replacement for regular training.
It is a supplemental development platform — built to elevate standards across the wider jiu-jitsu community.
We are inviting experienced instructors to collaborate with us in delivering this program.
Why this project Exists
Agoge is not a replacement for an athlete’s home gym.
It is a supplementary development platform for youth who want more depth, structure, and challenge.
Athletes continue training at their academies.
Agoge provides focused intensives alongside other driven, high-level youth from different gyms — raising the standard through shared exposure and elevated expectations.
This is not extra volume.
It is a structured progression.
Each term follows a defined curriculum.
If the theme is dynamic passing, we build dynamic passing.
If the focus is guard retention, we layer guard retention week by week.
No random techniques.
No scattered lessons.
Clear progression. Measurable growth.
Agoge exists to develop technically literate, composed, accountable young athletes — and return them stronger to the gyms they represent.
A shared ecosystem. A higher standard.

2. Instructor Revenue Participation - Recorded sessions are made available through a private Agoge subscription platform for enrolled members.
For Gym Owners
Agoge Project is intentionally structured to be gym-friendly.
We do not recruit athletes away from gyms
We do not offer memberships or regular classes
We encourage athletes to maintain loyalty to their home academy
This program:
Raises the technical baseline of junior competitors
Exposes kids to diverse teaching styles
Reinforces discipline and accountability
Reflects positively on the gyms they represent
Strong athletes build strong gyms.
