House rules
1. Daily Schedule & Punctuality
Please check the printed or digital schedule daily.
Be ready on the mats 5–10 minutes before each session.
Meals, rest times, and recovery activities are part of the program—please treat them as essential, not optional.
2. Gear & Hygiene
Bring clean gis and rashguards each day. No exceptions—this is a matter of respect and health.
Use deodorant, shower after training, and clip fingernails and toenails.
Any open wounds must be cleaned and covered—no training with uncovered cuts.
Label your gear and water bottles—lost property grows fast!
3. Communication & Culture
Respect all coaches, staff, and each other—on and off the mats.
Ask questions. Be curious, not afraid.
Bullying, mocking, or negative talk (even as “jokes”) won’t be tolerated.
If something’s bothering you—come talk to a coach or staff privately.
4. Safety First
Tap early. Respect the tap.
If you feel unwell or injured, tell a coach immediately—don’t try to tough it out.

8. Why We're Here
This isn’t just about Jiu-Jitsu. It’s about growth, mindset, and community.
Be open. Be coachable. Be kind.
We’re here to learn, to struggle, and to support each other in becoming better—on the mat and off it.
